01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Infiniwin ("Platform", "we", "us"). Infiniwin is an online sports betting and casino platform providing digital entertainment services to users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of, the website and all services offered by Infiniwin through the domain infiniwin.ws and any sub-domains or websites associated with it.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

Infiniwin reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close the account of any user who fails to provide satisfactory proof of age.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to own and operate only one (1) Infiniwin account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same or different identities is a violation of these terms. If Infiniwin determines that a user holds more than one account, we reserve the right to:

• Close all associated accounts without prior notice;
• Freezing all fund balances held across those accounts;
• Cancel all bonuses and winnings already accrued;
• Permanently ban the user from registering any new account in the future.

2.3 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information. Required details include your full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information gives Infiniwin grounds to close your account and withhold any funds therein.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Infiniwin account password. Infiniwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect that your account security has been compromised, please contact Infiniwin's support team immediately.

03Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on the Infiniwin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. Infiniwin does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Account balances, winnings, and bonuses are all displayed and paid out in RM.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Infiniwin reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing any withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. 04Bonus & Promotions Terms

4.1 General

• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion;

05Game Rules

5.1 Available Games

5.3 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical failure, connection disruption or software issue during gameplay, Infiniwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all bets placed. Winnings obtained during an unverifiable technical failure may not be credited. Infiniwin will conduct a thorough investigation and notify the player of the outcome within 48 hours.

5.4 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting on Infiniwin, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any odds changes after the bet has been confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player, except in specific circumstances permitted by Infiniwin.

06Prohibited Conduct

Infiniwin users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, or using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation;
• Money Laundering: Using the Infiniwin platform to process or conceal proceeds from illegal activities;
• Automation & Hacking: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or Infiniwin staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• System Manipulation: Attempting to exploit any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or errors in Infiniwin's software;
• Interference: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Infiniwin staff on the live chat platform.

07Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by User

Users may close their Infiniwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any eligible balance will be refunded using the registered payment method, subject to outstanding rollover conditions and KYC requirements.

7.2 Suspension by Infiniwin

Infiniwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;

08Limitation of Liability

The name "Infiniwin" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks may result in legal action.

10Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Infiniwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised whenever changes are made.
